Scott Gondesen has been in the IT field for approximately 20 years. He started his career in enterprise healthcare IT management, successfully implementing methodologies to streamline end user support and large-scale server farm support and maintenance, as well as various types of specialized projects. Scott came to RSA in January 2001 as the in-house Systems Administrator and first real client IT services consultant. Now serving as Director of Client Services, Scott has been instrumental in growing RSA’s managed services offerings through mentoring and coaching technical staff, developing business strategies and focus areas, and effectively managing and delivering projects such as messaging system migrations, data center / customer collocation facility relocations, and virtual infrastructure implementations. Scott is a happily-married father of three and enjoys martial arts, fishing, home DIY projects, and relaxing with family and friends.
