Mike Molenda Mike Molenda has been in the IT field for approximately 10 years, with a very interesting road to IT. Starting as a front-desk office worker, Mike has had several opportunities to learn the end-user experience from the driver’s seat, with positions in accounting, service management, and operations, and intimately understands the role of technology in business operations. Most recently, Mike has served as IT manager for a major commercial tire dealer in the Chicago area. A newcomer to Houston, Mike joined the RSA team in March 2010, and has been instrumental in improving customer relations with clients and adding a cross-platform knowledge base to the Technical Assistance Center. With experience in Windows, Mac, and Linux, along with various open-source, bleeding-edge technologies, Mike has proven to be an asset to our clients, and his unique perspective has been a perfect fit to help clients meet their short-term and long-term goals, with minimal impact on business operations. Mike is a happily-married father of two boys and one baby girl, and enjoys philosophy, politics, and advances in technology.
