Jeremy Ross

Jeremy Ross Over the the last 10 years, I've had the distinct pleasure of fulfilling the role of professional problem-solver within the IT industry. My entire career has been devoted to assisting businesses, both large and small, with the challenging demands of today's business environment. There's always a solution to every problem. The key to success is developing the right solution and properly implementing the necessary changes. As a consultant, I enjoyed spending time “in the trenches" and working as an extension to the organizations I contracted with. I assisted with the solution-side of solving business problems. As a Business Development Manager, I enjoy the same rewards of helping a business overcome obstacles and creating a more productive environment. Information technology is a passion of mine, and I feel blessed to have excelled as a professional within this industry. On the lighter side of things, I am a husband of one and the father of two. My family life is the source of my desire as well as my commitment to be all that I can be in everything that I do. I enjoy the challenges that come with being a parent, and I have found no greater reward in life than to watch children succeed. Outside of my family life, I enjoy participating in sporting events, writing, volunteering my time and long walks on the beach...just kidding.

A reactive approach to IT support can be costly and time-consuming. This is especially true for SMBs, which don’t usually have the resources to employ a full-time IT resource or spend a lot of money outsourcing IT. Have you ever heard the song, “If you’re gonna play in Texas, you gotta have a fiddle in the band?” For some reason, this theme plays in my head but the lyrics are, “If you’re gonna do an upgrade, you’re gonna wanna do it now.” I know the song could use some work, but the content couldn’t be more true.
